Delivery will usually be within 2-3 working days depending on the product that has been ordered (i.e. excluding

weekends and bank holidays). A signature will be required by the account holder unless pre arranged with a customer

service advisor. Delivery dates are estimated at all times and may be delayed without prior notice, which is why we

strongly advise all customers not to book fitters until they have received the relevant goods, as no claims will be

accepted. Whilst we make every reasonable attempt to deliver promptly and within the estimated time frame, we

cannot be held responsible for sudden stock shortages or manufacturing delays. Please note that we shall not be liable

for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.

 

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, items delivered by our own delivery drivers are only one man

deliveries. We will only deliver to ground floor properties (unless a lift is available); this can include a maximum

of 4 steps. Please call us if this affects your order as undelivered products caused by this problem will incur a

redelivery charge. Certain products may be delivered up or down a flight of stairs at a premium cost. Please call us to

find out if the items you require can be delivered in this way.

 

Once the delivery has been accepted at the delivery address the customer has a duty of care for the goods. In the

event that you, or a third party, transport the goods from the delivery address to another location we cannot be held

responsible for any damages.

 

Whilst our own drivers are quite happy to wheel your product into an unobstructed room of your choice, we cannot be

held responsible for any damage incurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to protect any floor coverings to prevent

damage while the products are being situated in the property.

Free Delivery

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, our deliveries are made by one man only. As a result we will only deliver to ground floor properties. Please call us if this affects your order as undelivered products caused by this problem will incur a redelivery charge. Refer to our Access and Parking Restrictions Guide for additional considerations you should take when placing your order.

Two Man Delivery

If your delivery is not to an unobstructed ground floor area, then we can provide a two-man delivery service, but at a premium of £29.99.

Non-Billing Address Deliveries

When you request delivery to an address other than the billing address, we will send a letter to the cardholder requesting authorisation before we allow a delivery date to be arranged. This is part of our standard security procedure to help protect you against fraudulent misuse of your credit/debit card details. We send authorisation letters by 1st class post, but this may still result in a delay to your delivery of a day or more. If possible we suggest that you arrange delivery to the billing address instead to speed up processing of your order.

Arranging a Delivery Date

Items which we hold in stock will usually be delivered within a few working days – often the following day. Items which we have to order from the manufacturer will take longer; typically 5-10 working days depending on the product you have ordered.

Delivery Times

Our deliveries are made between the hours of 8am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am to 3pm Sundays to. A signature will be required upon delivery.

2-Hour Timeslots

The day before your pre-arranged delivery we will notify you of your 2-hour delivery timeslot by email and SMS indicating when you can expect your goods to arrive. However, you must ensure that you can be available all day on your chosen day of delivery; if you find you cannot keep to your chosen delivery date you must notify us before 8pm the day before your delivery.

You cannot choose your own delivery timeslot as these are allocated by our automated route planning system. Once issued your timeslot cannot be changed, therefore you must be in to accept the delivery, otherwise a failed delivery charge of £24.99 (or £49.99 for items over 70cm in width) will apply.

You will be notified of your timeslot between 4pm and 6pm the day before delivery. As we operate a rapid next day delivery service, we will be unable to notify you of your timeslot any earlier than this because our route planning system will be routing the deliveries up until this time.

Failed Delivery and Cancellation Charges

Where a pre-arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods, then you may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.

Available on integrated and built-in appliances dishwashers, fridges, freezers, fridge freezers, washing machines, washer dryers and tumble dryers, ovens and hobs(gas or electric).

Please note that this service is only available when replacing an existing integrated or built-in appliance and we only install to existing connections. Integrated appliances that require fixing a kitchen door to (eg Integrated washing machines and dishwashers) this service is available, however no responsibility will be taken for any damages for these doors, this service is a extra and not covered by any claims.

Integrated Washing Machines & Washer Dryers – £69.50

Integrated Dishwashers – £59.50

Integrated Fridge Freezer – £69.50

Built-Under or Built In Fridge or Freezer – £44.50 ( £75.50 when two are fitted together)

Single Built-In Electric Ovens – £29.50

Double Built-In & Under Electric Ovens – £39.50

Built-In Electric Hobs – £39.50

Gas Fitting service only available Monday to Friday

Single Built-In Gas Ovens – £69.50 (or £89.50 when gas hob is also been fitted)

Built-In Gas Hobs – £69.50

As part of this service, we will:

Unpack your new product, remove and dispose of the packaging (Re-cycle)

Remove the plinths and panel door of your old appliance

Connect the new appliance to existing pipe work or electric supply

Do any basic carpentry work required (e.g. drilling holes, cutting work top for a bigger hob)

Level and fit neatly in the space

Fit the existing panel door to the new appliance

Remove the old appliance for re-cycling

Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:

The existing panel door is in a suitable condition to be re-fitted.

Your appliance will fit into the existing housing

There is easy access to the existing pipe work

Your stop valves are working correctly (For connection of any wet appliance)

There is sufficient access for ventilation tubes (tumble dryers)

What we do not do.

Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.

Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk.

Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines

 

Freestanding Appliances

 

Washer, Washer/Dryer and Dishwashers – £25.00

Available on all, washing machines, washer dryers and dishwashers.

Please note that this service is only available when replacing an existing appliance.

As part of this service, we will:

Disconnect and remove the old appliance for re-cycling

Unpack your new product, remove and dispose of the packaging (Re-cycle)

Connect the new appliance to existing pipe work or electric supply

Level and fit neatly in the space

Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:

Your appliance will fit into the existing space

There is easy access to the existing pipe work

Your stop valves are working correctly (For connection of any wet appliance)

What we do not do.

Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.

Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk.

Plumb two waste pipes into one waste connection

Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines

 

Freestanding Cookers

Gas Cooker – £69.50

Electric Cooker – £29.50

Available on all freestanding cookers gas or electric. This does not include range cookers. We do not install LPG cookers.

Please note that this service is only available when replacing an existing freestanding cooker and we only install to existing connections.

As part of this service, we will:

Unpack your new product, remove and dispose of the packaging (Re-cycle)

Connect the new appliance to existing pipe work or electric supply

Level and fit neatly in the space

Remove the old appliance for re-cycling

Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:

Your appliance will fit into the existing space

There is easy access to the existing pipe work

What we do not do.

Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.

Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk.

Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines

 

Failed Connections

If a connection fails because the customer did not inform of us of any reason why it may not be successful or because the customer did not comply with the reasons above we reserve the right to make a failed connection charge of half the amount of the original connection charge.
